In today’s challenging banking environment, how does a relationship officer ensure risk rating accuracy and adherence to bank policy? How do you consistently communicate the level of risk for different types of borrowers to bank regulators and senior management? How can you provide concise documentation that fully supports and communicates your assessment of the risk of a particular deal?

The RMA Skillbuilders Series presents Supporting and Communicating Your Risk Rating Decisions, which will help attendees identify key risk drivers, develop a concise risk profile, and map that profile to your institutions policy to ensure accurate and consistent risk ratings.  To accomplish this, the 2-hour course will explore how to reconcile the strengths and weaknesses of a borrower into a concise risk profile that will ensure an accurate and well-communicated risk rating.

This course will be taught by Robert Loffink, SVP and Credit Team Manager  at US Bank.  Robert has conducted training focused on improving risk rating consistency and documentation across all business lines of U.S. Bank.
