A look at cyber security through a banker’s eyes. Potential risks were identified including hacked clients, hackers requesting wired funds and how a breach or loss of data could impact your borrower’s ability to repay their loans. We learned how to mitigate these risks with an open client dialogue.

Peter Adams founded Lighthouse Information Systems 35 years ago while working as a deployment specialist in the health care information systems arena. In a moment of epiphany, he realized that the primary goals of his complex projects were not to make some new IT technology work, but rather to make the client’s business wildly successful. It was then he conceived the Lighthouse approach to consulting: an approach that, while maintaining a strong component of IT, is dedicated to achieving the client’s ultimate business objectives.
Peter is a graduate of UC Santa Cruz in Biology and Chemistry and of Oxford University’s Advanced Management Program (AMP). Outside of work, he is a sailor, a Coxswain in the Coast Guard Auxiliary and a Black Belt martial arts instructor.

Throughout her career, Peggy Kitzmiller has been a builder and coach of teams exceeding organizational objectives. She is a skilled collaborator, enabling cross-functional success throughout organizations. She has built divisions of publicly traded companies, successfully launched new products and created go-to-market strategies for a variety of organizations. Her knowledge as a business leader spans decades across sales, operations, client experience and technology-enabled solutions to deliver results. She has experience working in financial technology services, investments, banking, healthcare, and information management.
Peggy graduated from Washington University in St. Louis and received her master’s degree from St. Louis University.
